Last week, eobiont took our Brand Meridian and co-creation methodologies to Budapest, Hungary, where Helen Doron English held their annual international conference for master franchisors from over 30 countries. We developed a special workshop uniquely suited to their marketing challenges as franchisors with often very distinct local issues.
We had about 4 hours time, so we divided the 100 participants into three groups. In the first phase the participants worked on developing skills in user-centered design and co-creation. Then each group was given the same marketing challenge and asked to use their newly obtained skills to develop solutions. At the end of the workshop the three groups created performances, presenting their ideas to the rest of the participants and a panel of expert judges in a spoof of reality TV competition shows.
The feedback has been extremely positive so far and we look forward to hearing about some of the local workshops that the participants will be doing in their own communities.
